Pro Comp RPM Policy

Dear Valued Pro Comp Customer,

Pro Comp Suspension is pleased and excited to announce the implementation of our Resale Price Maintenance (RPM) Policy. We’re adopting this unilateral policy to protect the value, goodwill, trademarks and brands under which Pro Comp products are sold. Pro Comp Suspension desires to preserve its strong reputation for providing customers with high value products and strong sales support while promoting free trade, inter-brand competition and economic stability among itself and its distributors/resellers. The policy will, among other things, outline and set reselling price minimums at both the distributor and retail levels. The set minimum resale prices will be equal to our current Minimum Advertised Price- MAP program. The policy is effective September 1, 2008.
